Ramones - Rocket to Russia (Sire – SR 6042, 1977 🇺🇸)
It’s a big Ramones weekend here in the New York City metropolitan area all to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the band's first performance at CBGB’s. There will be ferry rides to Rockaway Beach, a documentary screening, raffles from Rhino Records, and who knows what other surprises may be in store. If you don’t get to experience any of those activities, then consider playing your favorite Ramones album at maximum volume throughout the weekend.
